Peter King and Rocky Nelson will be representing the NOA at the 2002 Officials Conference in Peoria on July 12th and 13th.
The official NOA roster was sent to the IHSA on April 20th.
As of June 8, 2002 the NOA has approximately 85 football members, 94 basketball members and 52 baseball members.
An updated NOA roster has been compiled and will be distributed to all members at the respective sport meetings.
All nominations for the NFOA awards are due by September 15th. Nominations should be sent to Randy Steen.
A few NOA members are not registered with the IHSA. A discussion took place that resulted in the board agreeing that members don’t necessarily have to be IHSA members. However, members not registering with the state do not qualify for the Top 15 List and can’t work games that require registration.Treasurer’s Report - Tom Kinkelaar
Twelve people, even after three notices, still haven’t paid their dues.
Having all members pay their dues by March 31st was good for the organization.

Rocky indicated that this past basketball season was probably one of the best years for the NOA in basketball members advancing in the tournament. The board will decide whether these two members should be dismissed based on the additional information given at the January board meeting.Assignment Chairmen’s Report - Bob Brown, Kent Desormey, John Sahlberg
