Call to order-The meeting was called to order at 7:37 pm at Hackney’s in Lake Zurich. Those in attendance were: Ron Guy, Michael Roseman, Bob Brown, Randy Steen, Peter King, Steve Gibble, Tom Vogan, Mike Babicz, Jerry Blum, Don Swanson, Dave Kirtz, Fred Swanson Jim Bernardi, and Vince Cannon.

-$100.00 sent to Harry Bohn in Feb.
-Trust for Geske fund the switch was made to put Randy S. on it.
-All money from the Geske and Brown fund will be kept in a double fund
-a motioned was made by Mike Babicz to change the name to the Geske & Brown Fund. It was seconded by Mike Roseman and passed unanimously.
-Geske Fund $12,777.31 Brown Fund $2399.00
-The cost of the Banquet was $2718.74 which left a balance of $3152.62 in the checking account
-Two officials will be given $100.00 for being delegates to the IHSA Officials Conference. This will be Rocky Nelson and Peter King
-NASO-Online fee will be paid by the IHSASecretary’s Report-Jerry Blum
-72 members attended the Banquet at Parkway by the Lake. Great job by Jerry Ming and his staff.
-Election results- Don Swanson was elected as General Chairman and Mike Babicz – is the Basketball assignor. All others ran unopposed and were retained.

-Jim Bernardi made a motion to purchase 2 tickets for the team Pappas benefit. Jerry Blum seconded the motion and it was passed unanimously. Attendees will be Peter King, Mike Babicz, Mike Roseman, and Randy Steen.
-Voting at the Banquet by absentee ballots must have them returned by a specific date
-Voting for assignment chairman should be at the last meeting of the year with nominations the previous meeting
-Mike Babicz volunteered to review By-laws
-Can sports awards be awarded to the same official more than once
